Payment and Insurance Information

We work to provide the highest quality care at the most affordable cost to our patients.

You may be assisted with these costs by your dental or medical insurance coverage.

Our insurance staff reviews each insurance policy to determine the maximum coverage your policy provides for your services

We bill your insurance plan directly, and you will pay only that portion not covered under your insurance plan(s).

You are requested to pay for the portion of your services not covered by your insurance at the time these services are provided.

Your portion may include co-pays, co-insurance percentage, and a deductible.

If you do not have an insurance plan, you will pay for your services when they are provided, unless payment arrangements are made in advance with one of our financial counselors.

We can also help you determine if you are eligible for payment assistance through a loan program specifically for dental services.

We accept the following methods of payment:

  • Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express
  • CareCredit, Springstone payment plans
  • Cash
  • Personal check, cashier check, money order
